Before ICT, a family can agree that “someone will handle the kids” without agreeing who is collecting them on Thursday. A useful childcare plan turns that vague promise into named people, confirmed times and a backup for the awkward day.
This is a household planning guide for an NSman with children. It does not determine leave eligibility, change a call-up or promise that a childcare problem will qualify for deferment.
