Use the calculator as a fast planning tool. When a score affects booking, fulfilment, or payout, OneNS and current MINDEF guidance should be your final check.

Who this helps
NSMen and servicemen who want to know whether they are close to a pass, incentive, or a more ambitious target.
What this solves
The calculator tells you the score. These next clicks tell you how to plan the window, improve the right station, or route yourself into the correct admin guide.
For booking, fulfilment windows, or payout decisions, confirm the final requirement in OneNS and current MINDEF guidance.

Common questions this page answers
What does the calculator need?
Choose your age band, enter push-ups, sit-ups, and 2.4 km run timing. The score updates instantly and shows the current award band.
Does a total score alone guarantee a pass?
No. Public MINDEF guidance says each station still needs at least one point, so a total score without station minimums can still fail.
What is the next page after checking my score?
If the score is close, open the score-target guide. If the window is tight or you may need NS FIT, open the IPPT and NS FIT planner.
Official checks
Use these public references as the final check when a score, date, allowance, safety decision, medical context, or claim affects a real NS outcome.
