The extra admin tee and PT kit question sounds small until you are one week from enlistment, staring at laundry advice, Beach Road stories, eMart comments, and a bag that is already too full.

The practical answer is not "buy everything" or "buy nothing." Start from the official list, remember that SAF issues core kit, and spend cash before book-in only when the item is clearly allowed, current, boring, and useful enough to justify the space.
